- Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Source of collection: collected from you when an order is placed on the Site.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.
Customer support information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number and order information.
- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
- Source of collection: collected from you when you contact us.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: we do not share this information with anyone.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not target, offer or knowingly sell products to children and we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that any Personal Information transmitted will be prevented from being viewed or used by any particular person and therefore, you agree to hold us harmless from and against any injury, financial or otherwise, that results from such unauthorized viewing or use. If a breach occurs that results in a high risk to you, we aspire to notify you within 72 hours of the breach and will take all necessary steps to mitigate any issue.
Your Rights

We do engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary deny list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This deny list persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary deny list of credit cards associated with deny listed IP addresses. This deny list persists for a small number of days.

Only you or, if you are a California resident, a person registered with the California Secretary of State authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your Personal Information. Your request must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information and describe the request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it. We have 30 days from receipt of your verifiable request to respond. This time period may be extended once by an additional 30 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.
In the event your order is placed outside of the US, your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. If you are a California resident this privacy notice section supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy. We share your Personal Information as discussed in the “Collecting and Using Personal Information” and “Sharing Personal Information” sections above.
You have all the rights listed in the “Your rights” section above. In addition, if you are a California resident you have the right to request that we not sell your Personal Information and make a “Shine the Light” inquiry to disclose to you whether we share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
